You will respond to inbound calls, chats, emails, and other correspondence regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments. What you will be doing :
- Accurately and professionally respond to healthcare inquiries from beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email, or other written communication
- Resolve customer inquiries by taking ownership, using sound judgment, and utilizing available resources to achieve resolution on initial contact
- Meet productivity and performance metrics, including consistent attendance and adherence to your work schedule
- Document all customer interactions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current and fully proficient in handling customer needs
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance

What you must have :
High School diploma or GEDU.S. CitizenshipAbility to receive a favorable Interim and final adjudicated DoD background investigationMinimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer service environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable navigating multiple screens or web browsers simultaneouslyAbility to work independently in a remote settingNice to have :
