Job Summary
Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data while building and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acts as a liaison with the team, including partner's operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance.
- Works with various bank and armored carriers to research and resolve errors, discrepancies, etc.
- Works with Regional Controllers and Accountants to research and resolve ledger discrepancies.
- Books maintenance and corrective journal entries.
- Acts as liaison between Field (Operations and Accounting), bank and third-party banking vendors.
- Ensures required department reports are completed, and information is compiled at month-end closing.
- Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested.
- Competes assigned MAP objectives to achieve financial services goals.
- Ensure Union reports are accurate and submitted timely at Month End.
- Works closely with payroll, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
Preferred Qualifications :
