This established firm has built an impressive reputation across the Southeast for their exceptional work defending employers across diverse industries in workers' compensation claims.

This opportunity is with a practice that handles sophisticated workers' compensation defense matters for high-profile insurance carriers and corporate clients across nearly every industry. The incoming attorney will manage a diverse caseload and can expect to :

• Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
• Draft persuasive motions and briefs for administrative commission hearings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and risk managers
• Spearhead case strategy development
• Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings

We're seeking an organized, self-motivated attorney with 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience independently managing cases from inception to resolution.
