What you'll tackle

  • Map, measure, and analyze manufacturing and business processes to surface inefficiencies.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma projects—own scoping, facilitation, and delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional implementation and sustainment of improvements.
  • Host root-cause sessions and hands-on problem-solving workshops.
  • Coach teams on CI methods, tools, and mindset.
  • Use film equipment to capture processes and develop standard work.
  • Create clear documentation of changes and results.

Your toolkit

  • 5+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Applied Lean and / or Six Sigma experience
  • Analytical rigor and proven project management capability
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience with Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Background with Siemens a plus
  • Unwavering passion for Continuous Improvement
  • Work environment and physical expectations
