Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers in-person, building relationships and introducing them to our products and services.   Sales Generation : Promote and sell the brand’s products / services, ensuring clear communication of features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.   Brand Representation : Represent the brand with integrity, ensuring the messaging is aligned with company values and maintaining a professional presence.   Product Demonstrations : Showcase the product in various settings (events, kiosks, etc.), demonstrating its features and driving customer interest.   Customer Feedback : Collect valuable customer insights, provide feedback to the team, and help identify opportunities for improvement.   Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to overall team objectives.   What We Are Looking For : Exceptional Communication Skills : Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face, with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.   Sales-Driven Attitude : A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and encourage customer purchases.   Positive and Personable : A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.   Goal-Oriented : Self-motivated and eager to meet and exceed set targets.   Customer Service Focus : A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships.   No Experience Required : Full training provided.
