The Opportunity : As part of the Deals Business Recovery Services team you navigate through issues related to financial underperformance, crises or a potential bankruptcy. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have : Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of experience.
What Sets You Apart : CPA or CA license- or similar international designation, utilizing the US bankruptcy code and its implications to clients, analyzing financials and other related business-recovery matters, conducting quantitative and qualitative analyzes, preparing memoranda and / or reports that communicate research findings, constructing and managing integrated financial models, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, delivering premium client services-oriented reorganization accounting services, participating in managing client relationships and client service.
