• Ability to take effective notes on client progress
• Ability to create and manage client progress notes using behavior software
• The capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively
• Effective spoken communication abilities

In general, candidates should be capable of being professional, driven, and enthusiastic and enjoy working with young learners.
