Compensation :
- Salary : $78000 - $93000 / year (based on experience)
- Pay-per-billed-hour : $70-$72 / billed hour $90 per evaluation $35-$36 / meeting hour
- Signing or relocation bonuses : Up to $10000
- Performance incentives : Up to $9000 annually

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patientsConduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with families physicians schools and multidisciplinary team membersProvide culturally competent family-centered careComplete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standardsMaintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in team meetings and care coordinationQualifications : Required :
Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupational TherapyNBCOT certification in good standingColorado DORA OT license (or ability to obtain)BLS / CPR certificationPreferred :
Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)Passion for collaborative family-centered practicePhysical Requirements :
