About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Loan Officer to solicit, develop, and service a wide variety of commercial loans and financial products. This role is ideal for someone who excels in business development, client relationship management, and achieving measurable production goals in a dynamic financial services environment.

What You’ll Do

• Solicit, develop, and service a range of commercial loans and products by working with members, prospective members, referral sources, and internal partners to meet specific production and member growth goals
• Serve as the primary contact for members and the community when originating and sourcing potential deals, ensuring members receive excellent service before, during, and after each transaction
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high member satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong external partnerships to drive consistent referrals and long-term business growth
• Act as an advisor to current and prospective members, building relationships based on trust, service quality, and transparency
