Supplier Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Supplier Development Specialist to support the Product Engineering team in sourcing excellence and supplier capability.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align suppliers with product development requirements

Support sourcing initiatives, including supplier qualification and onboarding of new vendors

Track and improve supplier KPIs, manage prototype orders, and assist in contract reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management in a manufacturing environment

Strong analytical skills with an understanding of cost drivers in manufacturing

Experience collaborating with engineering and quality teams

Proficiency in ERP and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) preferred
