Key Responsibilities
Schedule 15+ interviews daily for high-volume retail roles
Engage with candidates through phone screenings and email / text campaigns
Manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
Required Qualifications
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Passion for the Talent Acquisition industry
Experience working in a remote setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
