Overview
St. Jude Global Pediatric Medicine is seeking a dedicated Regional Hub Program Manager to plan and execute programs and projects in the second regional hub, which will be in Johannesburg, South Africa. This hub will drive the work of SJG's Sub-Saharan Africa Region, which has partnerships with more than 57 institutions across 14 countries in the region. The Program Manager will develop and manage regional partner relationships, work closely with the Regional Hub Director, and oversee the Regional Programs Hub team members. Because this is a new position, the responsibilities will evolve over time, which means that the Program Manager will have an opportunity to shape their role.
The Program Manager will initially be hired in the United States but is expected to relocate to South Africa when the Hub opens, which is planned for early 2026. The role eventually requires a physical presence in the Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Hub office in Johannesburg, providing on-the-ground leadership for Hub programs, ensuring work is effective, efficient, and aligned with the St. Jude brand and mission. There are no exceptions to this, so candidates who are not able to move to South Africa should not apply for this position.
Important note : This opportunity is part of a growing regional program within St. Jude Global and responsibilities may evolve over time.
