We are seeking a

  • driven and passionate Immigration Court Attorney
  • to focus primarily on
  • EOIR (immigration court) cases
  • , with a limited USCIS caseload. Impact Lives Every Day :
  • Advocate for clients facing deportation and help them reclaim their future.
  • Career Growth with Purpose :
  • Opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, and advancement.
  • Client Connection :
  • Play an active role in client intakes and retention, building lasting relationships.
  • Represent clients in
  • immigration court (EOIR) hearings
  • , including master, bond and individual hearings.
  • Prepare and file motions, briefs, and supporting documents for court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with the managing attorney and a dedicated EOIR team for case reviews and strategy development.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • in immigration law, with a strong preference for experience in
  • immigration court (EOIR)
  • and bond hearings.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • (required).
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, with a passion for courtroom representation.
  • Comfortable assisting with
  • client intakes and building strong client relationships
  • to enhance retention.
  • Competitive Salary :
  • Starting at
  • $90,000
  • per year, with
