Radiological Technologist- Per Diem

Description

Griffin Health is currently seeking a skilled Radiological Technologist to join our Imaging team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic radiologic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist, while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.

Ensure proper positioning, technique, and radiation safety practices during procedures.

Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.

Prepare and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Provide quality care while maintaining a focus on patient dignity, confidentiality, and satisfaction.

Collaborate with Radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications :

ARRT Registered (Radiologic Technologist)

Connecticut state license in Radiologic Technology required

Excellent technical skills with attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

Prior hospital-based experience preferred
