A company is looking for a Quality Initiatives Specialist Senior.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare service delivery and clinical outcomes
Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while developing policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality improvement or regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and regulations
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
