Duties : Acute care, new patient visits, annual wellness exams Approximately 16-18 patients per day to see acutes, New Patients, Annual Wellness Exams, Chronic follow ups Requirements Board certified or truly board eligible (0-5 years of completion of residency) Active AZ license Fellowship Local Candidates Highly Preferred will be made priority note at time of name clear Active DEA Clean malpractice / background - highly preferred Must have family medicine experience Covid vaccinated Support Staff Medical Assistant Front Office Assistant EMR Cerner
