Description :
This position is for an MRI Tech in a cancer facility.
The tech will work with an adult and geriatric patient base.
Days will be from 09 : 00 to 19 : 30, with half-day Saturdays as needed.
A minimum of three years of MRI experience is required.
ARRT (MR) certification is a requirement.
Candidates must have experience with EPIC documentation.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Any color solid scrubs are acceptable but not provided.
The position includes access to various support services such as interpretation, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
The facility has a hospitalist in-house 24 / 7.
Certification in BLS and ARRT (MR) is mandatory.
Experience in adult acute care, ICU, and outpatient settings is necessary.
Candidates should be proficient in various MRI techniques and areas including abdomen, brain, and cervical imaging among others.
Familiarity with procedures such as the preparation and administration of contrast media is essential.
Knowledge of PACS and safety protocols is expected.
Candidates should also have experience in image post-processing techniques.
Fluency in using GE MRI equipment is a plus.
