As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a key role in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Position Highlights

• 100% Urogynecology practice
• No hospital call requirement
• Dedicated Women’s Center floor with exam rooms and surgical suite available for minor procedures
• Robust in‑house diagnostic testing facility
• Office based with traditional ASC and hospital venues accessible
• Full complement of support teams to assist with patient care
• Urodynamics, special testing, and robotics available

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is variable based on experience and performance. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
