Position : Digital Experience Analyst

Reports to : Vice President of Information Technologies

Under the guidance of the VP of IT, this role focuses on improving the digital experience for our members and coworkers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys problem-solving in a collaborative environment.

Your purpose :

Digital Experience Responsibilities (approx. 20hrs per week)

• Lead efforts to enhance the digital experience for members and coworkers by researching, troubleshooting, and deploying solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our members’ digital journey feels just as personal as an in-branch visit.
• Maintain and organize our intranet.
• Partner with vendors, coworkers, and managers to implement changes and upgrades that benefit our members and streamline internal processes.

Technical Support Responsibilities (approx. 20hrs per week)

Schedule :

The expected pay range for this position is $18.00 -$26.00 / hour. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
