Tax Manager - Remote

Position :  Tax Manager (Level 1)

Location :  Remote + Must live within 45 mins of Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary :  $200,000 – $250,000

About the Opportunity :

We're partnering with a  high-performance CPA firm  in South Florida seeking a Tax Manager to join their  Real Estate Tax division . This is a

remote-first  opportunity with optional access to their award-winning office (SFBJ Finalist for "Coolest Offices").

You’ll work with  complex real estate clients  — office buildings, malls, apartment rentals — preparing  partnership tax returns  and navigating special allocations between partners.

Requirements :

CPA (or all parts passed)

1+ year as Tax Manager or Senior Tax Associate

Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firm experience (mandatory)

GPA 3.4+ from a top university (UF, FSU, UM, etc.)

3+ years working primarily on  real estate partnerships

Perks :

Up to  6–10 weeks of PTO  (plus optional compressed work weeks)

Only 1,550 billable hours / year  — one of the lowest in the industry

No Fridays  if work is completed

Fully remote  + Access to premium Las Olas office
