As a CSA, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our members and potential members, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Your role will include giving facility tours, handling sign-ups, answering phone inquiries, and providing coverage in our Kid's Center.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to members and potential members, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Assist with member sign-ups and conduct facility tours to showcase our amenities and services.
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to callers.
- Provide coverage in our Kid's Center, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Perform administrative tasks related to member registration, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Engage with the community to promote our facility and services, building positive relationships with members and potential members.
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service is preferred, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Skills :Strong verbal and written communication skillsFriendly and approachable demeanorAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyProficiency in using computers and office softwareAttitude :Positive and enthusiastic attitudeCommitment to providing excellent customer serviceWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasksWorking Conditions
