Job descriptionManaging 50–75 calls and 100+ emails daily using your personal phone Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen software to track progress and update spreadsheets Coordinating material deliveries and crew schedules Processing subcontractor payroll every two weeks Updating project status reports and accounts receivable Calm under pressure and clear communication, even when things move fast Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and speaking with internal / external partners Highly organized with strong Excel skills Prior experience in admin support, logistics, or customer service is a plus Weekly pay Healthcare : Eligible the 1st of the month after 60 days of continuous employment 401(k) : Eligible the 1st of the quarter after 1 year of employment Profit Sharing : No waiting period; pro-rated for first-year employee
