What You'll Do :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be essential in providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information diligently.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide wound care and perform other nursing interventions as necessary.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

    • Rate of Pay : USD $32.48 - USD $33.00 / Hr.
