Full-time; Day Shift – 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm

Are you a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a passion for patient-flow coordination? Renown Health is looking for a RTOC Coordinator to join their Transfer & Operations Center team.

In this role you’ll :

• Be accountable for patient admissions and transfers, working closely with physicians, nursing units, and other departments to ensure timely and appropriate bed placement.
• Maintain awareness of bed availability, total admissions / discharges, and overall hospital census to support patient-flow in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, while operating under HIPAA / privacy compliance standards and hospital guidelines.
