Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring call coverage and an active OH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

  • Work in a hospital Cath Lab setting
  • Day shift schedule with four 9.5-hour shifts per week from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
  • Required to take 12-13 days of call per month including every third weekend for call rotation
  • Floating may be required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals
  • Duties include assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures and providing peri-procedural care
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate as travelers
  • Must be able to provide all requested time off up front for approval

    • Requirements

  • Active OH or compact RN license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to complete hospital-specific modules prior to or during orientation and annually
  • Must provide two professional references for consideration
  • Copy of driver’s license and Social Security card required for onboarding
