Your Responsibilities as a Behavior Support Technician :
Provide one-on-one direct care for learners ages 18 months to 21 years, focusing on developing independent living skills in a center-based environment, with potential opportunities for home or community sessions as per treatment plans.Accurately collect and document data on learners' behaviors to drive skill acquisition and reduce distressed behaviors.Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and families to enhance learning outcomes.Create a safe and supportive environment for all learners.Follow individualized behavior programming tailored to each learner’s needs.Adhere to dietary, supplementation, and medication protocols as per prescribed instructions.Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time.Your Training Experience :

About You :
You possess a high school diploma or GED.You hold a valid driver’s license in the state of Michigan.You are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact.You bring experience from healthcare, mental health, behavioral health, childcare, or residential settings.You exhibit professionalism in communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.You are reliable, understanding that punctuality and attendance are vital for excellent service to our learners.Hope Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
