About The Position

Job Title : CT Technician

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Experience : Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

License : ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RT-R-CT required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

• GE & Siemens experience required
• Procedural experience required
• EPIC experience required

Description :

The CT Technician will be responsible for performing CT scans and imaging procedures on patients.

The individual will ensure safety protocols are followed and assist in patient care.

Experience with 3D rendering techniques is essential.

The technician will be expected to prepare and administer contrast media.

Skills in various CT procedures, including brain perfusion, coronary CTA, and emergency department imaging, are necessary.

The technician will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

The role requires a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Flexibility with scheduling is essential for the position.

Candidates should be prepared for mandatory compliance requirements prior to starting the role.

A proficiency in using charting systems, such as Epic, is required.

The technician will work within a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Participation in training and development modules may be required.

Candidates will need to be aware of potential floating to different campuses as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a daily census of approximately 105 patients.
