Licensed Director of Clinical Operations

A company is looking for a Director of International Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee international clinical operations strategy and compliance with local regulations

Define clinical provider quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement

Lead market entry initiatives and evaluate healthcare regulations and provider networks

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Current, unrestricted clinical license strongly preferred

10+ years of clinical operations experience, with at least 5 years leading international teams

Proven success in clinical quality and outcomes within digital health or teletherapy settings

Strong understanding of international healthcare regulations and credentialing standards
