To strengthen our team in Clayton, NC, we are looking for a dedicated skilled Recycling Associate What You Will Do :
- Ensures operations are performed in a safe and responsible manner Communicate well with others in each department Maintain baler which includes cleaning and replacing wires as needed Operate the shredder according to the provided training instructions.
- Outside areas are to be kept clean throughout the week Transfer all full scrap bins to the shredder and replace with an empty bin Train new employees and improve Team Building Relationships Demonstrate positive and professional leadership abilities Performs housekeeping activities to maintain production areas to 5S standards Transport cardboard bins to compactor and operate according to the provided training instructions.
- Load scrap onto trailer with forklift and record all scrap loads on trailer tickets Promote Clayton facility by exhibiting multi-department teamwork

What You Will Bring :
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS : Forklift and electric pallet jack knowledge or the ability to be trained.Detail oriented and have the ability to work with little supervision MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
