WHO ARE YOU?

In order to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor, you need to meet the following criteria:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience with Techmetric shop management software required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience as a service advisor or related experience is preferred

WHAT DOES AN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR EVEN DO?

We are looking for a seasoned professional to uphold a friendly and helpful demeanor, you speak with our clients over the phone and in person, scheduling work appointments and asking them about their auto repair needs. You coordinate with our technicians to generate estimates for each job and to ensure you don't overbook them with appointments. When appropriate, you suggest additional services to the client and strive to increase sales without being overly pushy. At the end of the day, you feel great about working in our collaborative environment and take pride in helping our customers get back on the road!
