CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS

Credentialing Timeline : 90-120 days

References : Over the past 5 years

Active CT License or Willing to obtain

WORK DETAILS

Trauma Level : Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)

NICU Level : Level 2 NICU

Case Types : Bread and butter cases including :

  • Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery
  • Plastics, Ophthalmology
  • Vascular (open and in cath lab)
  • Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases
  • Healthy pediatric patients only

    • SUPERVISION MODEL

    Directed supervision with a 3 : 1 model
