With over 20 years of experience working for other Casino Party Companies, I then started Royale 54 Events LLC in 2024. This company provides custom casino arrangements for any type of party or event. We have the capability to service 3 people in their garage, or to 300 at a gala.
Role Description
Want to make a little extra money on a weekend, instead of spending it? As a Casino Party Dealer, you will be an integral part of the overall experience of the casino party or event, providing exceptional service to guests while facilitating games such as blackjack, poker, craps and roulette. Note, this is not for an actual casino, but for staged casino themed parties or events. Your role, in this assignment contract position, will involve managing the game, showing players how to play, and ensuring a fun environment for everyone! The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, basic math skills, and a passion for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Deal blackjack, craps, roulette, poker or other specialty casino games for corporate events, fundraisers, and other private parties where having a casino is a great idea.
- Creating a welcoming environment, and communicating effectively with players, explaining game rules and assisting with any questions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ensure condition of all casino equipment.
- Be dependable and on time to your scheduled events. This is not a job where you have PTO or sick days.
- Willingness to work extra for setting up or breaking down equipment if needed. Extra pay if part of set up or tear down crew.
Skills
Experience with dealing casino games is preferred but not required; training and orientation will be provided.Being generally good with numbers and percentages, to best convey concept of the game, and for the bet payouts.Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.Skills to resolve or prevent disputes calmly and professionally.A knowledge or commitment to outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and engaged, and has FUN!Qualifications
