Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our Draper-based team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, educating them on our internet services and converting leads into subscribers. You’ll play a vital role in driving growth by promoting our services, following up on inquiries, and ensuring every potential customer gets an exceptional first impression of Utah Broadband.

This is a fully in-office position based in Draper, UT, offering an hourly base wage plus an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Sales : Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and text. Proactively follow up on leads generated by marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Customer Engagement : Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions using Utah Broadband’s internet offerings.
• CRM Management : Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in our CRM system.
• Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Product Expertise : Stay informed on Utah Broadband’s fiber and fixed-wireless capabilities, service areas, pricing, and promotions.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate with field installation teams and customer support to ensure a smooth hand-off and excellent customer experience.
