Make a difference. As a Supervisor Customer Service, you will oversee a team to ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible.

In this role you will :

• Supervise a customer service department, including assigning and reviewing the work of others
• Establish department work procedures, prepare schedules and expedite workflow of purchase orders
• Train and develop employees
• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality
• Collaborate with branch team to grow sales
• Recommend transfers, promotions, increases, and terminations

What you bring to the table :

Compensation Details : The expected base salary for this position is starting at $60,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
