ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Haven Miller Agency is searching for someone who is outgoing and customer-focused who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. As our Insurance Account Manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that provide the proper protection; then maintain and foster those relationships by managing their account and servicing their insurance needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include providing information on insurance products and services, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.QUALIFICATIONS :
Sales experience preferredCustomer service and communication skillsAbility to effectively relate to a customerDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskProperty & Casualty licenseLife and Health license (must be able to obtain)BENEFITS :
