Job Responsibilities / 职责描述

Provide legal support for business development, local logistics warehousing and distribution network construction, local operations, and compliance matters for Cainiao’s Global Supply Chain in the Americas region (including North America ).

为菜鸟全球供应链在美洲区域（涵盖北美）的业务发展、本地物流仓储与配送网络建设、本地运营及合规事务提供法律支持。

Conduct research on new business types and models, design contractual frameworks, perform legal risk assessment and analysis, and provide comprehensive legal support.

针对新业务类型与新商业模式开展调研，设计合同架构，进行法律风险分析评估，并提供整体性法律支持。

Research various legal issues and provide advisory opinions.

检索各类法律问题并提供咨询意见。

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of contracts (e.g., logistics service agreements, procurement contracts, lease agreements, technical service agreements) and other legal documents; support commercial negotiations, contract execution, and performance management; continuously optimize standard contract templates and legal processes.

起草、审核和修改各类合同（如物流服务协议、采购协议、租赁协议、技术服务协议等）及相关法律文件；支持商务谈判、合同签署及履约管理；持续优化标准合同模板和法务流程。

Handle disputes, litigation, and arbitration matters independently or by managing external counsel; assist in responding to emergency risks and provide practical, actionable solutions.

独立处理或统筹外部律师处理争议、诉讼及仲裁事宜；协助应对突发风险事件，提供切实可行、可操作的解决方案。

Identify high-quality, cost-effective external law firms and manage them effectively.

筛选高性价比的优质外部律所资源，并进行有效管理。

Provide legal support for other day-to-day operational matters of local Cainiao entities in the Americas.

为美洲地区本地菜鸟实体的其他日常运营事项提供法律支持。

Qualifications / 任职要求

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree from a top-ranked university in the Americas or internationally; admission to the local bar (preferably in a U.S. jurisdiction or other key markets in the Americas).

法律专业本科（LL.B.）或以上学历，毕业于美洲或国际知名院校；具备当地律师执业资格（优先考虑美国或其他美洲重点市场的执业资格）。

Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in leading international law firms or multinational corporations; experience working in Chinese companies is a strong plus.

在知名国际律师事务所或跨国企业拥有至少3年相关法律工作经验；有中国公司工作经历者优先。

Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, overseas warehousing, and / or cross-border e-commerce industries is preferred.

具备国际物流、国际货运代理、海外仓储和 / 或跨境电商行业经验者优先。

Ability to work independently in supporting local business operations across the Americas, operate under moderate supervision, and know when to escalate issues to headquarters or engage external experts.

能够独立支持美洲本地业务，在适度管理下开展工作，清楚何时需向总部汇报或引入外部专家支持。

Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment; capable of handling a high volume of work, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.

能在高压、多任务环境中高效工作，具备处理大量事务的能力，善于区分优先级并高效管理时间。

Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

精通英语和中文，具备出色的书面与口头沟通及谈判能力；掌握西班牙语者将被优先考虑。
