Overview
Digital Marketing Operations & Project Manager at CBRE. Join CBREs Global Digital Marketing team during an exciting period of transformation as we drive a multi-year digital evolution to improve client engagement and fuel business growth worldwide. This role orchestrates digital marketing operations, manages cross-functional projects, and streamlines team communications. Youll be the central point of contact for incoming stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering operational excellence across digital channels.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable team operations and project manager for the Global Digital Marketing team. This core role leads day-to-day team operations, monthly & quarterly communications, and owns the teams project management function.
What You'll Do
Project Management
- Own and optimize the centralized digital marketing intake process (Airtable)
- Review and refine incoming project requests for clarity and completeness
- Project manage execution of digital results (e.g., webpage builds, content updates, dashboards)
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve team efficiency

Job Details
Location : New York, NY
Salary range : $142,000.00 - $202,000.00
