The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team :

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly-motivated specialist to be part of the General Accounting team within RTX Corporation's Enterprise Services Controllership and Compliance organization in Farmington, Connecticut. This person will perform the following primary responsibilities :

• Responsible for preparing GTF invoices, monthly journal entries, account reconciliations and closing activities related to various Pratt & Whitney Military Engine accounts, i.e., corporate allocations, collaboration accounting (assessments, segment allocations), GTF layering, taxes and other month end accruals
• Miscellaneous deliverables to support disclosures for 10-Q / 10-K
• Participate in process improvement activities related to all central accounting functions as required, i.e., journal entry automation, support finance transformation, other automation efforts
• Contribute to General Accounting by bringing innovative solutions within the knowledge base and work of the department
• Provide excellent customer service to Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Corporate including answering questions or ad hoc requests as required

Candidates must be located in and willing to work in a hybrid capacity from RTX hub in Farmington, CT.

Position Type

Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
