Lead And Office Operations Manager

We are looking for a sharp, organized go-getter to take charge of our busy office, manage leads, and help a growing home insulation business run like clockwork.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain our CRM with accurate lead and customer data.
- Create and manage reports for marketing and lead tracking.
- Organize schedules, job boards, and daily logistics.
- Support the General Manager with administrative and marketing tasks.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews.
- Learn our products and services inside and out and help us continuously improve how we run.
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.CRM and / or Microsoft Office experience preferred.Prior experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or office coordination a plus.A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a sense of humor and team spirit.Benefits
