Responsibilities

• Develop the social integration with Zoom Contact Center;
• implement the message protocol transforming for Zoom Contact Center chat channel;
• develop the Zoom Contact Center video channel related service;
• develop real-time data and historical analytics reports services to help customer better understand their Contact Center's service levels, wait times, call volume, and more;
• develop zoom co-browse (collaborative browsing) service, which provides the ability for agent and the end customer to securely and simultaneously navigate, interact with the same web page at the same time;
• optimize the service for availability, performance and scalability; and
• customer tickets handling and trouble shooting.

What we\'re looking for

Bachelor\'s degree in Computing Science, Information System, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have five 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in the following :

Salary Range

Minimum : $123,600.00

Maximum : $228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
