HOURS : Nights only Monday – Friday 5pm-9pm

- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR / First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Experience :
Prior experience in hospitality and working in a restaurant, hotel, club.2-4years of experienceSkills :

To set up and man, an efficient station, both hot and coldTo prepare all items on the ala carte menu, whilst adhering to quality and presentation standards.To assist in the helping and prepping of banquets when neededTo follow all set recipes and specification sheetsThe ability to work by oneself without constant supervision,To stock and maintain a mise en place station, that is both prepped and sanitary, that the ingredients are both fresh and dated and labeled.To help out with banquet parties.Notifying a manager when product is getting lowTo ensure that areas of cooks work station is safe and hazard free and to report any safety issues to a supervisor.The ability to date and label all items placed in the relevant refrigerators and to ensure there is a constant flow, as to stored stock.The ability to adhere to the Clubs rules noted in HandbookThe ability to work quickly and with focus, especially during periods of business.The ability to be self motivated in all aspects of the operation and in slow periods of businessPHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.Must be able to stand for 6 or more hoursRELATIONSHIP WITH MEMBERS :
