Who will look everyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them. Who can motivate a sales team. Who listens. Who likes to stay fit and to have fun. If something goes wrong, you get it fixed. If a member is celebrating her 20th class or his 65th birthday, you make sure they’re recognized. When sales goals are set, you surpass them.

Responsibilities Manage the studio team, be in charge of the big picture as well as tiny details.

Greet anyone who enters the studio — members, employees, vendors, visitors — in the eye, call them by name, and make time for them.

Motivate a sales team and listen to team and member needs.

Fix issues as they arise and ensure members are recognized for milestones.

Surpass sales goals when they are set.
