Are you an experienced  K-12 school principal / central office leader with strong knowledge of standards-based instruction across content areas?

Are you retiring  and / or simply seeking a new venture where you can apply your instructional knowledge, skills and experiences in direct collaboration with school leaders and teachers?

Are you a highly accomplished professional learning facilitator?  How do you know?

Are you available to travel and work with partner schools throughout the country?

Are your technical skills of the level to conduct successful instructional and leadership coaching experiences in a virtual environment.

If you have answered YES to all the above ,  Instructional Empowerment may be the right place for you!   Our Independent Contractors must be experts at facilitating professional learning sessions and have extensive and evident  successful experience in coaching educational professionals.  Independent contract work is on an as needed basis and is compensated based on agreed engagements.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Facilitate virtual and on-site  professional learning sessions for teachers / leaders.
• Facilitate virtual and on-site instructional and leadership coaching  to K-12 educators.
• Utilize strategies and tools specific to the Instructional Empowerment models and products.
• Complete pre / post engagement documentation related to the implementation.
• Become an expert on IE products and research through demonstration of competency.
• Act as an advocate for the  IE model of instruction through networking opportunities.
