Oversee and enhance the recruitment program.Maintain a team oriented work environment.Oversee, implement and review policies and procedures, make recommendations for improvements.Manage employee benefits and onboarding.Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.BACKGROUND PROFILE :
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.4+ Years of HR Experience.PHR or SHRM Certification – preferred.Excellent written and communication skills.Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
