Job descriptionOversee and enhance the recruitment program. Maintain a team oriented work environment. Oversee, implement and review policies and procedures, make recommendations for improvements. Manage employee benefits and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee documentation and records. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field. 4+ Years of HR Experience. PHR or SHRM Certification – preferred. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented.
