Bach's deg in Bus Admin, Fin, Bus Anlytcs, Info Tech or a rel'd field + 7 yrs of rel'd exp req.

ADP will also accept a master's deg + 5 yrs of rel'd exp.

5% dom travel req.

2 yrs of exp must incl : Invest in VC, invts or HCM tech; Wrk w / in grwth strtup & invt ecosys; Perform anlytc exrcs incl mrkt szng, fin anlys, retntn anlys, LTV / CAC comps & rtrns anlys; Frcstng, comptn anlys & bnchmrk agnst indstry; Rev mgmt; Fin mdlng & valtion using adv mthds incl DCF, LBO & comp cmpny anlys, for erly-stge & grwth-stge invts; Strctr invt deals, incl cap tble mgmt & trm sheet negotiation; Liquid pref & anti-diltn provs; Leadi comp due dlgnce proc, incl comp lndsape anlys, oper bnchmrkng, & fin KPIs such as burn rate, runway, & retntn mtrcs; Utilze data-drvn mrkt intell tools, incl PitchBook, CB Insghts, & Cptl IQ, for mkt szng, trnd frcstng, & competitive bnchmrkng; Drive post-invt grwth thru strtgc prtneshps, bus dev init, & sclng prtfl comps for fndrsng or exit strat (IPO & M&A).

Annual base salary range for this position is $165,943 to $314,000.
