Warehouse Associate

Location : Billings, MT

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–2 : 00 PM | Saturday, 8 : 00 AM–12 : 00 PM

About the Role :

Adecco is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our client's team. In this position, you'll play an essential role in ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and distributed. You'll work alongside a supportive management team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and other equipment.

Move freight efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Perform 5S tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing materials.

Ensure the warehouse is safe, accessible, and organized for both employees and visitors.

Participate in regular inventory counts and product assembly as needed.

Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Qualifications :

Previous warehouse or dock experience preferred (transportation industry experience a plus).

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs.

Basic written, verbal, and computer skills.

Experience with handheld scanners is helpful.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
