Sales Administrator Location : Commack, NY Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM (1-hour lunch) - your evenings and weekends stay yours! Pay : $20$22 / hr (based on experience)

We're looking for a Sales Administrator to bring energy, organization, and stellar communication skills to our high-performing residential sales team. Whether you're a pro at chatting with customers or a master at managing calendars, this is your chance to grow with a team that invests in YOU.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments with prospective customers
• Answer inbound sales calls and assign leads or set appointments
• Manage the calendar for our superstar 10+ person sales squad
• Build rapport fast - you're the first impression, and we love making it a good one
• Double-check customer info in our CRM to keep things running smoothly
• Send out email / text confirmations to keep everyone in the loop
• Help create a 5-star experience for every single client
