New Hematology / Oncology Locums Job Starting June 2025 in Missouri

Welcome to an exciting opportunity in Missouri starting in June 2025! We are seeking a dedicated Hematology / Oncology physician to join our team for a minimum of 3 months. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Mostly outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed
50% Hematology work
Monday ? Friday, 8 : 00AM ? 4 : 30PM
Average of 15 patients per day, including consults, treatments, follow-ups, and potential inpatients
Potential for bone marrow biopsies
Call may be required occasionally, on an as-needed basis
Support Team : 2 Nurse Practitioners currently in the clinic, with a third being actively hired
Certifications Required : Board Certification in Hematology & Medical Oncology + Basic Life Support (BLS)

Qualifications :

Start Date : June 1, with a minimum of 3 months of coverage expected

Credentialing timeline : Approximately 30 days

EMR System : Epic

Willing to consider candidates without an active license if time allows for licensing prior to the start date
