As an Real Estate Cold Caller at Virtual Staff Labs, your primary responsibility is to initiate outbound calls to prospective sellers via phone to inquire if they are interested in selling their property. Your goal is to engage potential leads, build rapport, and gather essential information to qualify them as potential prospects for our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential sellers based on provided leads or lists
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and preferences
• Schedule appointments to further discuss potential real estate opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve targets

What We Look For

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a must
