Financial Planning Associate

Are you a motivated financial professional with at least one year of experience and a passion for delivering thoughtful, relationship-focused client service? We are supporting a boutique, community-oriented wealth management firm seeking a Financial Planning Associate to join their collaborative and supportive team.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who wants to grow as an advisor in a smaller, flexible environment that values meaningful client relationships over aggressive sales metrics. The firm is truly relationship-driven and gives their advisors the time, space, and support to do their best work without high-pressure production demands.

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will work closely with senior advisors, participate in client meetings, support personalized planning strategies, and eventually take ownership of a book of long-standing client relationships. This is a salaried role that offers stability, mentorship, and clear long-term growth.

Financial Planning Associate Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, client service, or a related advisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• CFP progress strongly preferred, including completed coursework, active pursuit, or existing certification or licensing
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Energetic, trustworthy, empathetic, curious, and team-oriented
